Old City Arrival - Environment Design

This is the 1st of the 3 Environments I need to design for my Master's final project. These environments will be set within the same story, which goes around the main character's journey to the neuralgic center of his planet to discover his true nature, as he finds himself confused in a world increasingly detached from its organic origins.
